The City of Children Laboratory

We suggest that the cities that adhere open a "City of Children" Laboratory ". The Laboratory is above all a work group made up of the City Administration that elaborates the project keeping in mind the local needs and resources and which plans the activities, follows their development, and evaluates them. It maintains the relations between the Mayor and the various City Councils involved and the children. It maintains relations between the national and international coordination of the project. It can be usefully sustained by a work group in which the various City Councils and the various Administration sectors are represented.
The Laboratory is a place in which the work group operates; The Children's Council meets; the adults in their various roles, committed to their various activities, meet (teachers, city technicians, representatives of the associations, etc.); the materials that document the activities that have been carried out are collected.
