The Children's Council
Themes
The Council can discuss current events related to the city and proposed by the administrators by means of the operator that is responsible for coordinating it and on themes proposed by the councillors. The Council will monitor the realization of the proposals previously presented and accepted by the administration.
Usually no vote is taken. No majority proposals are sought, but those that best defend the rights and needs of the children, even if they are expressed by only a few children. In these cases, it is opportune that the proposals be re-proposed, discussed and recognized as valid by everyone.
Adults do not participate at the meetings, except for the operators. The only adult that has the right to participate anytime he likes, to ask questions or listen, is the Mayor.
